Refund Policy

At Aleko Grooming, we strive for perfection in every cut and treatment. Because we provide a time-based service, we have established the following policy to manage refunds and cancellations fairly.

1. Service Satisfaction

Our priority is your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please inform your barber or the studio manager before leaving the premises. We will make every effort to rectify the service immediately at no additional cost. Once you have left the studio, services are generally non-refundable.

2. Cancellations & Deposits

  • ●Full Refund: If you cancel your appointment at least 12 hours in advance.
  • ●Partial Credit: Cancellations made within 6-12 hours of the appointment may be eligible for a credit note for your next visit, rather than a cash refund.
  • ●Forfeiture: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment or "No-Shows" are ineligible for a refund.

3. How Refunds are Processed

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used via Paystack:

  • M-Pesa: Refunds will be sent back to the phone number used for the original transaction.
  • Cards: Refunds will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
  • Fees: Please note that processing fees charged by payment gateways (Paystack/Banks) may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift Cards and digital vouchers.
  • Grooming products (oils, pomades, waxes) once the seal is broken.
  • Services that were fully performed and accepted by the client.
