Terms of Service
Welcome to Aleko Grooming. These terms govern your appointments and use of our digital booking platform. By booking a service, you agree to the following standards of excellence and mutual respect.
1. The Agreement
Aleko Grooming ("Aleko", "we", "us") provides premium barbering and grooming services in Nairobi. These Terms apply to all clients using our website or visiting our physical studio.
2. Services
We offer specialized grooming packages including haircuts, beard styling, and aesthetic treatments. Each package has a defined duration and price as listed on our menu.
3. Booking & Appointments
To ensure a seamless experience, we utilize an automated reservation system:
- Reservations: A slot is only guaranteed once a booking status is marked as "Confirmed".
- Punctuality: We recommend arriving 5 minutes before your slot. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or cancelled to avoid affecting the next client.
4. Payments & M-Pesa
Secure Transactions
We accept payments via M-Pesa (STK Push & Paybill) and major Credit/Debit cards through our secure Paystack gateway.
- ✓Total fees include all applicable taxes.
- ✓A booking is officially "Paid" once the transaction is verified by our system.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Your time is valuable, and so is ours.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to 12 hours before the start time without penalty.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up without prior notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a required pre-payment for future bookings.
7. Health & Safety
For the safety of our staff and clients, please notify us of any skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your service begins. Aleko Grooming maintains strict sanitation protocols for all tools and stations.
9. Limitation of Liability
Aleko Grooming shall not be liable for:
- Allergic reactions to products if sensitivities were not disclosed.
- Loss or damage to personal items left unattended in the studio.
- Indirect or consequential loss resulting from booking system downtime.
